Welcome to URLCODA Website

Uganda Rural Literacy and Community Development Association (URLCODA) is a voluntary, non-partisan and not for profit organization which was founded in 2003 as a community based organization by a group of students under the leadership of Dr. Willy Ngaka. Registered as a local NGO in 2004 in 2004, URLCODA was founded to voluntarily give back to rural communities suffering from illiteracy, poverty, poor health, and other forms of social injustice impacting on the environment.

Its unique approach to service delivery is informed by the concept of voluntarism in which a multidisciplinary team of volunteers commit themselves to work with and through various partners by pooling ReadMore
